Our first pool experience with Tom was wonderful. He is great! God put the perfect pool construction company in our path. Our pool was built back in May of 2023. We are pleased to have had Tom and his team work on building our pool. Tom was very straightforward, honest, responsive and responsible, a man of his word. Our concerns were addressed. Our questions were answered and changes were made without any complications. Truly a professional!
We thank and we honor Splash Pools of SC Inc for their work experience and pray they continue to strive. We can’t wait for summer to come along and enjoy once again! The Junqueras Late last year, my husband and I were able to complete an in-ground pool at our home in Western North Carolina. Due to COVID and every other extenuating circumstance known to man, we were not able to utilize the pool in 2020 and were excitedly anxious to get the pool open in May 2021. We are novices at this endeavor and rely on folks who know a lot more about pools than us. We had issues with a Hayward super pump and needed several internal parts i.e. impeller, seals, etc. and were unable to receive assistance from any source around Asheville, NC, or in a timely manner online. On May 24, I searched online for Hayward parts dealers and located Splash Pools and placed a call and spoke with Jordan. She was very understanding, kind and helpful. She very quickly advised that she felt sure the parts were available at Splash Pools and checked to be sure. I inquired if she would please hold them until I could arrive approximately 1-1.5 hours later and she assured me that what I needed would be waiting for me. She also offered that if I needed an item that was not available at your location that arrangements would be made for me to pick it up in Greer so that we could move forward with opening our pool. Also, she advised me to bring the pump with me and they would be sure I was getting the parts I needed. I arrived and walked into the store and 2 extremely helpful ladies were present to assist me. I told them I had spoken with Jordan and was immediately met with the reply that they had my items at the desk waiting on me. I suppose I looked shocked and Jordan as well as the other ladies looked everything over and made sure that I had what I needed. I inquired if they could put it together for me there, as my husband said if it was possible to pay them to do so. They went into the back and 3 gentlemen came to the counter and put the parts together and advised me how to put it back on with 4 screws and nothing could have been easier. I know this has been a lengthy explanation of what occurred on that day; however, I wanted to let you know what OUTSTANDING employees are working at Splash Pools. In a time when good employees are fewer by the day, there are still folks who take pride in their work and are truly dedicated to helping their customers. Your folks went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed and more. Kudos to Splash Pools employees!!!!! Please be sure to let them know what a great job they did and that it did not go unnoticed. I am sure that we will be doing business with Splash Pools again in the future. Tiawana Ramsey |
